Accessibility Statement
Effective date: September 24, 2026
Our commitment
proRE.Services is committed to providing a website and online services that are accessible to people with disabilities. We work to provide equal access to information, features, and services and to improve accessibility as our platform changes.
Accessibility standard
Our goal is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, neurological, speech, and mobility disabilities.
Measures we take
- Use semantic page structure, headings, labels, and descriptive image alternatives.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences and maintain readable color contrast. When reduced motion is turned on in your device settings, scrolling logo rows and banners stop moving.
- Provide accessible names, instructions, and error messages for controls and forms.
- Give brokerage, team, MLS, and compliance logos (REALTOR®, MLS, Equal Housing) text alternatives.
- Offer Remote Assist, a view-only phone support option, so our staff can guide you through the dashboard verbally without taking control of your screen.
- Review new and changed public features using automated and manual accessibility checks.
- Provide assistance or an accessible alternative when a barrier is reported.
Compatibility and limitations
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Some third-party content, older documents, or files supplied by transaction participants may not yet fully meet our accessibility goal. We are working to identify and improve those items. If you encounter an inaccessible document or feature, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the same information or service in an accessible format.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Please tell us what page, feature, or document caused difficulty; what assistive technology or browser you were using, if relevant; and the best way to reach you. Do not include confidential transaction or financial information in an accessibility report.
- Send us a message and use “Accessibility” as the subject.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within one business day and will work with you to provide the information or service in a usable format.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review this statement and our public website as standards, technology, and the services we provide change. This statement describes our accessibility efforts and goals; it is not a certification or guarantee that every item is free of accessibility barriers.
